Shipping Information |

The FOB, point is our plant in Florida.
Please specify mode of shipment desired. If no specific shipping
instructions are given, the following guidelines will be followed:
1 to
150 lbs. - United Parcel Service throughout the continental US. and
Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico by UPS Air Service or
US. Postal Service. 150 lbs. And over - Common carrier
Unless specific shipping instructions are noted on
an order, we reserve the right to ship by the mode
we determine to be the best |

C.O.D. Orders |
|
There will be a $10.00 (x) per box handling
charge on C.O.D. orders, in addition to the C.O.D. charges. |

Drop Shipments |
|
When an order requests shipments on the same
day to multiple destinations or by multiple shipping methods add $8.00 (x)
for each shipment after the first. |

|
Split Shipment |
|
When an order requests partial shipments on
different days add $22.00 (x) for each shipment after the first. All split
shipment orders should be shipped within six months of receipt of the
order. |

Four Color Process |
|
Four-color process is
available on some catalog products. Contact the factory for additional
information and specifications. |

|
Color Matching |
|
Add $40.00 (c) for each matched color unless
the color is one of our standard printing colors. We cannot guarantee
perfect color matches. Color matching is not available on all items. |

|
Over lamination |
|
Over lamination is the
process of applying a layer of clear polyester over the printed surface of
a decal or label. Please contact the factory for availability on items. |

|
Pricing Intermediate
Quantities |
|
For quantities between the standard quantities shown
in our catalog, we will charge the unit rate for the next lower quantity
shown. For example, orders calling for 200 units will be priced at the 125
unit rate; orders calling for 400 units will be priced at the 250 unit
rate, etc. |

Return of Art |
|
Artwork supplied by the customer will be
retained in our file for three years unless we are specifically requested
to return it upon completion of the order. |

|
Repeat Orders |
|
Identify repeat orders with the previous
order number and the year it was produced. Orders are retained on file for
three years. A. sample will be needed for repeat orders more than three
years old. |

|
Production Time |
|
Normal production time 10-14 working days
after appropriate financial arrangements have been cleared. Changes made
to an order in process could result in a later ship date. |

Rush Service |
|
An extra charge may be required to expedite
an order to ship in less than normal production time. Contact the factory
each time Rush Service is needed, to discuss customer requirements and our
availability to meet them given current production conditions. |

Cancellation Charge |
|
There will be a minimum $45.00 (x) charge if
an order is canceled after artwork has been prepared. Once an order has
been printed, it cannot be canceled |

|
Proofs |
|
A black and white paper proof will be
furnished at no extra charge upon request. Proofs will be faxed or e-mail
when possible. Furnishing a proof may require additional production time. |
| |
|
Political |
|
State laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and
identification of those responsible for purchasing, publishing, or
distributing political advertising. Be sure your customer submits the
correct copy to meet these identification requirements. |

Price & Delivery Guarantee |
|
Prices and
delivery date are good for 45 days unless otherwise mentioned on quote.
